Administration Trainee - Griffith, NSW

Your key part in the role as an Administration Trainee is communication. You will do this by:

  • Engaging with suppliers and customers via phone and email

  • Answer incoming calls and take messages

  • Create purchase orders and ordering goods

  • Enter incoming supplier invoices

  • Book accommodation or organise other planning

  • Follow up goods received with employees

  • Learning more about day to day running of an organisation.

Located in country NSW we are central to the heart of Australia’s engine room the Murray Darling Basin. Our location in Griffith allows us to easily reach major centers across Australia with dedicated freight services to all capital cities.

At Fluid Engineering we are working with an awesome group of humans who are dedicated to their trade and build the pumps to the best of their abilities. We manufacture all of our pumps in-house. Our team is highly trained on the equipment we work with, we also train our apprentices on our equipment so we pass that knowledge on to the next generation. It is a fantastic achievement for our team when we take our drawings from paper, through production and then land it on site, build it with the client and everything works at the end of the day, that is an awesome feeling.
