Manufacturing Facility
Our Manufacturing facility is equipped with CNC machining and welding equipment. Our processes and procedures are controlled and documented ensuring the new equipment you purchase is built to the correct specifications and tolerances.
CNC Pipe Processing
Our CNC pipe Processing plant is capable of production run cutting of pipe from 65NB to 1200NB pipe. Pipe can be process cut into varying shapes with added branches and cutouts to suit using Hypertherm Rotary Tube Pro nesting software.
Pump Test Facility
Our pump test facility is capable of testing pump equipment to flows of 2,000 liters per second. We can adapt the rig to suit axial and centrifugal pump units. Your pump will be tested in a controlled environment with results recorded and packaged for your needs.
Gearbox Rebuild Service
Our Gearbox rebuild facility is stocked with new ready to go parts. Our tradespeople have been factory trained to ensure that your rebuild is done to OEM standards and comes backed with 12 month repair warranty.
Pump Rebuild Service
Our Pump reconditioning and full rebuild service breathes new life into old equipment. All rebuilds are completed with precision to ensure that the life of your equipment is extended for the longest period possible.
